That's How It Happened

Some noob insisted in the comments that I change to the old set-up, so that links automatically open in a new window. After all of 10 seconds hacking, I have implemented just such a system. However if you prefer links to open in the same window you can now uncheck a check box right down at the bottom of the page. How's that for reader responsiveness?
